Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods. RESCHEDULING & MISSED APPOINTMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Complimentary Rescheduling: If you miss your appointment, you are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling opportunity without any additional charges. Subsequent Missed Appointments : If subsequent appointments are missed, all funds will be forfeited, and no opportunity to reschedule will be provided. Rescheduling Notice: To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cancellation Notice: We request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. No Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be provided for any reason. CONSULTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Timeliness: Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client. Confidentiality: All information discussed during the consultation is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
