Shipping rates & costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated using the USPS tool based on the shipping address provided. Most orders average shipping cost between $11-$14, however this will vary based on final destination and package weight.

 

Shipping methods

KreativeKenya currently ships orders on Monday thru Wednesday and an occasional Thursday to ensure all sea moss orders are received with the same quality as they were shipped.

Delivery times

All orders are shipped via USPS 2-Day Priority Express. In limited instances for remote locations, the Priority Express delivery timeframe is 3 days.

 

Shipping restrictions

KreativeKenya strongly discourages shipping sea moss gel products to a post office box. If a customer decides to ship to a PO Box, they do so at their own risk. KreativeKenya will not replace any damage products shipped to a PO Box. KreativeKenya reserves the right to decline a request to ship sea moss gel products to a post office box at any time, for any reason.

 

Missing or lost packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the times it is out of KreativeKenya’s control. Should you encounter an issue with a lost or missing package, please follow the instructions found at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to track your package, research its whereabouts, and file a claim.  

 

International shipping

Due to the sensitivity of our sea moss gel products, KreativeKenya does not currently accept international orders.
